Service Description

Who is this for? Adults who want one-to-one personal training and prefer home or outdoor environments for reasons of privacy, comfort, or therapeutic benefit, or those with busy and unpredictable schedules who find it difficult to commit to structured training packages. What can you expect from me? A thoughtful, personalized approach, recognising you as an individual with unique needs, preferences, and motivations. What does a home or outdoor session look like? Session take place at your home or chosen outdoor location. Session structure: warm-up, main workout, and cool-down, tailored to your individual needs, want, abilities, and motivations. Beyond our training sessions, I continue working with you supporting you with regular check-in calls and/or messages, in addition working on your progress through session evaluations, program adjustments, and scheduling, ensuring each session is purposeful and aligned with your goals.
