4. Services Provided

We currently offer in-person personal training services, including customised workouts, plans, and programmes; health and fitness advice, guidance, and support; wellness guidance and support; and fitness consultations and assessments. We may provide general nutrition and lifestyle guidance intended to support healthy habits. This guidance is not medical, nutritional or dietetic advice and should not replace advice from a doctor, dietitian or other qualified professional. In future, we may expand to offer digital or online services, such as virtual coaching, downloadable fitness programmes, and educational content. All services are subject to availability and individual suitability.

5. Service User Eligibility

To use our personal training services, you must:
-
be 18 years of age or older;
-
provide accurate and complete information;
-
be able to participate safely in the services requested, with or without reasonable adjustments;
-
complete a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire);
-
seek medical clearance if required based on your health disclosures;
-
inform us of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, disabilities, limitations or other circumstances that may affect your ability to participate safely; and
-
ensure any home or outdoor training space is safe and accessible.

6. Additional Support, Capacity and Reasonable Adjustments

Where we become aware that a client is under the age of 18, vulnerable, lacks capacity to make decisions, or requires additional support, we may require the involvement and consent of a parent, guardian, carer, attorney or other authorised representative before providing services.
We reserve the right to request evidence of authority or consent before providing or continuing any service.
We will make reasonable adjustments where required under the Equality Act 2010 to support clients with disabilities, health conditions, mobility limitations or additional needs, provided it is safe and reasonably practicable to do so.
We may refuse, suspend or adapt services where we reasonably believe that participation would be unsafe or inappropriate without further support, information or medical clearance.

7. Health Disclaimer and Informed Consent

Our services do not replace medical advice. Rawi Fitness is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical, physiotherapy, mental health or other regulated healthcare services.

Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, prescribe, cure or prevent any medical condition and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical advice. These services are only intended to support and complement healthy fitness and lifestyle goals.

Always consult a healthcare professional before beginning a fitness programme.

By using our services, you acknowledge that:
-
you are responsible for ensuring you are fit to train;
-
you must complete a PAR-Q and inform us of any health concerns;
-
we may request written medical clearance before training;
-
we reserve the right to delay services if risks are identified.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for injury, loss or damage arising from:
-
your failure to provide accurate information about your health or circumstances;
-
your failure to follow guidance or instructions provided;
-
misuse of any advice, programme or training plan; or
-
circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Rawi Fitness holds appropriate Public Liability Insurance, but this does not replace your personal responsibility for health and safety.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot legally be excluded or limited.

8. Payments, Cancellations and Refunds:

8.1 Payments

Services must be paid in full before any training session or package begins, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Accepted methods:
-
Bank transfer
-
Cash
-
Other agreed in-person arrangements

8.2 Cancellations:
-
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
-
Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may be charged in full at our discretion.

8.3 Refunds:
-
Refunds will be provided where required by law. In other circumstances, refunds are at our discretion and may be considered in cases such as illness, injury, exceptional circumstances, or where we are unable to provide the agreed service.
-
Discretionary refunds may be granted for illness/injury (with evidence), or service failure by Rawi Fitness.

If you purchase a service from us online or at a distance (for example by email, phone, via our website or off Rawi Fitness's business premises), you benefit from a 14-calendar-day “cooling-off” period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (CCR 2013). This period begins on the day after the contract is concluded.

During this 14-day period you may cancel the contract without giving a reason and receive a full refund, unless you have asked us to begin providing the service during that 14-day period and we have agreed to do so. In this case, you acknowledge and agree that we may begin preparation work or delivery of your programme (including planning and scheduling) prior to the end of the 14-calendar-day cooling-off period. By requesting us to commence these services within that period, you confirm you understand that:
• you waive your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel for the part of the services already performed; and
• if you cancel thereafter, you may be charged (on a pro-rata basis) for the work completed up to the date of your cancellation.

To cancel, you must inform us by email (or other durable medium) using our cancellation form or other clear statements. Once we have received your notice of cancellation we will refund any payments received from you (less any pro-rata amount as above) without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of your notice.

9. Services Provided on Specific Dates

Where you book a session that is to take place on a specific date or within a set period, you acknowledge that this may be a leisure or fitness service arranged for a specific date or period of performance under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Where you have requested that the service begins during the 14-day cancellation period, you may lose your right to cancel once the service has been fully performed. If only part of the service has been provided, you may still cancel but may be charged for the proportion already supplied.

For ongoing or unspecified-time services, such as a block of sessions or an open-ended programme, you retain the right to cancel within 14 calendar days of entering into the contract, subject to any services already supplied.

Please see our full Refund and Cancellation Policy on the website.
