Bank transfer
-
Cash
-
Other agreed in-person arrangements
7.2 Cancellations:
-
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
-
Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may be charged in full at our discretion.
7.3 Refunds:
-
Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law.
-
Discretionary refunds may be granted for illness/injury (with evidence), or service failure by Rawi Fitness.
If you purchase a service from us online or at a distance (for example by email, phone, via our website or off Rawi Fitness's business premises), you benefit from a 14-calendar-day “cooling-off” period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (CCR 2013). This period begins on the day after the contract is concluded.
During this 14-day period you may cancel the contract without giving a reason and receive a full refund, unless you have asked us to begin providing the service during that 14-day period and we have agreed to do so. In this case, you acknowledge and agree that we may begin preparation work or delivery of your programme (including planning and scheduling) prior to the end of the 14-calendar-day cooling-off period. By requesting us to commence these services within that period, you confirm you understand that:
• you waive your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel for the part of the services already performed; and
• if you cancel thereafter, you may be charged (on a pro-rata basis) for the work completed up to the date of your cancellation.
To cancel, you must inform us by email (or other durable medium) using our cancellation form or other clear statements. Once we have received your notice of cancellation we will refund any payments received from you (less any pro-rata amount as above) without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of your notice.
8. Services Provided on Specific Dates
Where you book a session that is to take place on a specific date or within a set period, you acknowledge that this may be leisure or fitness service arranged for a particular time. Once the session has been provided, you will no longer have a right to cancel that service or seek a refund. If you cancel a dated session before it takes place, our standard cancellation policy and any applicable pro-rata charges will apply.
If you book a session or event which is to take place at a specific date or time (for example an outdoor-activity session scheduled for Saturday at 10 am) then you acknowledge that, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel under the 14-day cooling-off period ends once the session has been completed.
For ongoing or unspecified-time sessions (for example a block of personal-training sessions or an open plan arrangement) you retain the right to cancel within 14 calendar days of entering into the contract, subject to any services already supplied.
Please see our full Refund and Cancellation Policy on the Website.
