Who is this for? Adults who enjoy the gym floor environment and want to experience one-to-to personal training first-hand, or those with busy, unpredictable schedules. who find it difficult to commit to longer plans. What can you expect from me? I take a diligent, personalized approach, recognising you as an individual with unique needs, preferences, and motivations. What does a gym-based session look like? Each 60-minute session follows a clear structure: warm-up, main session, and cool-down, tailored to your individual needs, want, abilities, and motivations. Beyond our time on the gym floor, I continue to work on your progress supporting you with regular check-in calls and/or messages, and by evaluating sessions, adjusting your plan, and scheduling as needed, to ensure every session takes you a step closer to your goals.
