Who is this for? Adults who prefer one-to-one, structured, short-to-medium-term fitness and exercise planning designed around their goals and lifestyle. Session flexibility includes the option mix sessions up (e.g., home, outdoor, gym-based) throughout plan. What can you expect from me? A personalized, diligent approach, recognizing you as an individual with unique needs, abilities, and motivations. What does the 8-Session Training Package include? This package includes 8 one-hour sessions over 4 weeks (ideally 2 sessions per week). Each session follows a clear structure: warm-up, main session, and cool-down, with exercises tailored to your individual fitness plan. Beyond our training time together, I continue to work with you supporting you through regular call and/or message check-ins, in addition to working on your progress through session evaluations, program updates, and scheduling to ensure every session moves you closer to your goals.
