Service Description

Who is this for? Adults who prefer structured, short-term fitness and exercise planning designed around their goals and lifestyle. What can you expect from me? A genuine commitment to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals. I take a personalized, diligent approach, recognizing you as an individual with unique needs, abilities, and motivations. What does the 4-Session Training Package include? This package includes 4 one-hour sessions over 4 weeks (ideally 1 session per week). Sessions can be a mix of Personal Training (gym-based) and Private Sessions at an agreed location (for example, your home or a trail running track). Each session follows a clear structure: warm-up, main session, and cool-down, with exercises tailored to your individual fitness plan. Beyond our training time together, I continue to work on your progress through session evaluations, program updates, and scheduling to ensure every session moves you closer to your goals. Invest in your health for £95 per package. Note: A FREE consultation is required before training begins.
